2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel a project before work has commenced, your deposit is fully refundable minus any non-recoverable costs for materials that have already been ordered or custom-fabricated for your project.

3. Cancellation During Work

Cancellations made after work has begun will be prorated based on the work completed and materials used. A detailed accounting will be provided, and any remaining balance after deducting costs will be refunded within 30 business days.

4. Product Purchases

For any physical products sold through our website (e.g., smart home devices, fixtures), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and not a custom-ordered item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.

5. Defective Workmanship

If our work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or industry standards, we will correct the issue at no additional cost. This is covered under our workmanship warranty and is not considered a refund situation.
